At NOVI, we aim to make your villa purchase as seamless and transparent as possible. Whether you choose our flexible payment plan or prefer to pay upfront, here’s how we’ll guide you through every step of the journey:

1. Reserve Your Villa
   Once you've selected your dream villa, secure it with a €5,000 down payment. This ensures the villa is reserved exclusively for you while we begin the next steps.
2. Due Diligence & Company Setup
   To comply with Indonesian property ownership regulations, we assist you in establishing your Indonesian company—a straightforward process that takes approximately 30 days. Our experienced team will handle the paperwork and guide you every step of the way.
3. Sign the Contract & Initial Payment
   After completing due diligence, you’ll sign the sale agreement and make the initial payment (or full payment, if preferred). This officially sets the wheels in motion, allowing us to immediately begin ordering materials and scheduling construction.
4. Construction Updates
   Once construction begins, you’ll receive regular updates, including photos, progress reports, and milestone achievements. This ensures you’re always informed and engaged in the process, no matter where in the world you are.
5. Stage Payments (if applicable)
   If you’ve chosen our payment plan, incremental payments will be made as key construction milestones are reached, such as the foundation, structure, and final completion.
6. Villa Completion & Handover
   As your villa nears completion, we’ll conduct a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets our high standards. At this stage, we’ll also introduce you to trusted property management companies to help you maximize your villa’s rental potential.
7. Move In or Rent Out
   Upon handover, your villa will be ready for you to move in, enjoy, or list on the rental market. With a defect notification period included, you can rest assured that any final adjustments will be addressed promptly.
